Rocky Road
The secret to good Rocky Road according to Emma and Harmoni Potter, is good quality chocolate. They use Lindt, and this recipe is really hard to beat.Ingredients
- 1kg good quality milk coverture chocolate, melted
- 1 cup hazelnuts, roughly chopped
- 1 pkt jelly snakes, chopped
- 1 pkt marshmallows, each one cut in half
Method
- Melt the chocolate.
- Combine all the remaining ingredients in another large bowl, then pour in the melted chocolate and mix thoroughly.
- Pour the mixture into a slice tin lined with either baking paper or greaseproof paper, and press it down gently.
- Refrigerate until it has set completely, then cut the rocky road into bite sized squares.
