Cajun Chicken Strips with Lime Dipping Sauce

This recipes serves about 8 as an entrée served on a bed of mixed lettuce leaves, or about 20 people as an hors d'oeuvre.



  1. Preheat barbecue to a high heat.
  2. Place the spice in a plastic bag, add the chicken strips and shake to coat.
  3. Shake off excess spice mix and cook the chicken pieces, turning frequently, on lightly oiled barbecue plate for 5-7 minutes or until chicken is tender.
  4. Serve with the dipping.
