Ingredients

• 4 boneless chicken breast fillets, cut into 2 cm wide strips
• 1 qty Lime Dipping Sauce
• 1 cup cajun spice mix

Method

1. Preheat barbecue to a high heat.
2. Place the spice in a plastic bag, add the chicken strips and shake to coat.
3. Shake off excess spice mix and cook the chicken pieces, turning frequently, on lightly oiled barbecue plate for 5-7 minutes or until chicken is tender.
4. Serve with the dipping.
